Earnings Tracker
Charging by the hour but billing in fixed increments? This little tool turns your hourly rate into a live stopwatch. The virtually earned amount counts up continuously, while the total billed rounds up to whole billing increments — so you can see exactly how much that next block of time is worth.

Billing increment
How it works
- Hourly rate — what you charge per hour, in euros.
- Billing increment — the smallest block you bill (30, 45, or 60 minutes). Defaults to 60 minutes.
- Virtually earned — your rate applied continuously to the elapsed time, ignoring the billing increment.
- Until next increment — time left in the current block before the total ticks up again.
- Total billed — the amount you'd actually invoice, rounding the elapsed time up to whole increments.
Hit Start to run the stopwatch, Pause (or press Space) to stop the clock, and Reset to bring everything back to zero. Every value is derived from the elapsed time, so resetting clears them all at once.
